Everyone can keep the letterbox. Breaking the seal in place is Premium, and a free reader's tap opens the letter in the app instead.
Never, unless you choose to do so yourself. Echoes are fully private. Conversations use the display name you chose during setup. Your real name, email, and personal details are never shared.

Open Thereafter, open Your Desk from the bar, tap your avatar in the corner, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data including letters, afterthoughts, echoes, and time capsules. This action cannot be undone.
